Sunday, March 3, Noon. Pressing flowers is a colorful way to preserve seasonal blooms and special memories. In this class you will create a wood flower press, learn about selecting flowers to press and then create two pretty luminarias. We’ll also talk about ideas to create all kinds of things with dried, pressed flowers. In this workshop you will start by assembling your own flower press (yours to keep and take home), plus preparing and pressing your first set of fresh flowers. Next, you will create a set of two beautiful luminarias using flowers that are already dried and ready for projects. You will go home with a nice wooden flower press, a pair of stunning luminaries and a brain full of  ideas. Please bring a pair of tweezers to assist in flower placement. This is a three-hour workshop.

Cancellation policy:  No refunds or store credits will be issued if you can’t attend a class. Instructors work far in advance to prepare materials for class and they are paid whether or not you come. No exceptions.
