Saturday, May 4, 10:30 a.m. Summer is just around the corner and the last thing you want is to spend time in a hot kitchen. In this delicious workshop cook and grower extraordinare Gregory Ware will share his secret for creating flavor-packed meals without heating up the kitchen. Gregory will start with his formula for creating delicious salad dressings that are perfect for a building a cool main dish salad. Next, he’ll go over what makes a good marinades and brine – there are all kinds of possibilities. You’ll learn to infuse meat with flavor that will be sealed in on the grill. This is a sampling workshop and you’ll leave with all kinds of info on how to whip up flavor for almost anything without using a stove. Plan on about two hours.
