sauerkraut 1Sunday, February 3, Noon –  Making your own sauerkraut is fun, easy, and very healthy.  Sauerkraut is loaded with vitamin C and probiotics and homemade tastes much better than any store-bought variety.  Gregory will teach you the tastiest way to convert raw cabbage into this tasty treat. Then you’ll pack and take home a quart jar of sauerkraut in the making. Join us for this informative class and you will have your own fresh sauerkraut by St Paddy’s Day! This is a two-hour, tasty class.

Cancellation policy:  No refunds or store credits will be issued if you can’t attend a class. Instructors work far in advance to prepare materials for class and they are paid whether or not you come. No exceptions.
