Sunday, November 5, Noon. Our resident cook and gardener Gregory Ware has a knack for making smooth, tasty cheese. Gregory will start by demonstrating how to make a basic Farmer’s Cheese (aka Fromage Blanc), then show how to create a never-ending variety of cheeses by adding flavors. You’ll also learn to make Paneer, and even a tasty Cheesecake. Class will be topped off by sampling cheeses and glass of wine. Everyone will take home containers of Fromage Blanc. This is a three-hour class.
Cancellation policy: No refunds or store credits will be issued if you can’t attend a class. Instructors work far in advance to prepare materials for class and they are paid whether or not you come. No exceptions.
