Saturday, March 17, 10:30 a.m. This class was a huge hit last year. If you missed it, we encourage you to come learn more about living a healthy lifestyle using clean and natural herbs. Not only are herbs fun to grow and cook with, they also have time-tested medicinal uses. Clinical herbalist and educator Kerry Amann will teach you the basics of using herbs for your health. Kerry will share her experiences making and using herbal tinctures, teas, salves and syrups. She will also cover how to choose high-quality herbs and review her favorite resources and share her favorite formulas. Everyone will take home a container of soothing salve plus a sample of homemade tea. Plan on a lot of fun sniffing and sampling. This workshop lasts two and one-half hours.
Cancellation policy: No refunds or store credits will be issued if you can’t attend a class. Instructors work far in advance to prepare materials for class and they are paid whether or not you come. No exceptions.
