Saturday, June 16, 10:30 a.m. Growing fresh herbs is such a joy. We invite you to expand your herb knowledge and use in this workshop where you’ll learn to create custom herbal seasoning blends. Clinical herbalist and educator Kerry Amann has used her expertise to create salt-free seasoning blends that will enhance the natural flavors of food without a grain of salt. Herbs and spices bring food to life and they are good for you. Kerry will tell you how they can help you create healthy, satisfying food. She’ll also teach you the best ways to create your own blends and share her recipes. You will take home tasty samples to use in your culinary adventures. This is a two-hour class.
