Have Lunch In Your Workshop

Lunch is catered by our neighbor First Draft Book Bar. Each entree includes a beverage. Drink orders taken when you arrive for class. It’s all delicious.

Saturday, December 7, 10:30 a.m.  Artists Musette Young and Deb Betz are back with their clever clay luminarias that you can use to light up your home or garden. You choose the theme – holiday, creature, garden or mix it up. Everyone will make two luminaria from pre-thrown clay orbs and lots of slab clay. Deb and Musette will show you how to embellish and hand-cut your own designs into the clay. After you are happy with the look and construction of your luminaria, you’ll add glazes. All materials are provided, along with excellent instruction in clay hand-building techniques. Deb and Musette will take them for kiln firing and return them to Southwest Gardener for pick up in about two weeks. Plan on a four-hour class.

Cancellation policy:  No refunds or store credits will be issued if you can’t attend a class. Instructors work far in advance to prepare materials for class and they are paid whether or not you come. No exceptions.
